Free UK Delivery on all orders over £15

All UK orders over £15 are posted with free delivery and any orders under this threshold are only £1.95 to post.  We use Royal Mail 2nd Class which estimates 2-5 days for receipt of your item. If you require your items quicker than this, please contact us at info@littlebuttonsboutique.co.uk and we will do our best to help. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of full payment being received. Please note that on rare occasions there may be factors outwith our control which can delay this process. In these cases, we will maintain regular contact to keep our customers updated of the situation.

Europe: £4.99 (Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets – Delivery Aim 5 Days)

USA & Rest of World: £8.99 (Royal Mail Airmail – Delivery Aim 5 Days)

Please note: Any overseas delivery may be subject to local import/custom duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise Delays.  Please be advised that Little Buttons Boutique cannot be held liable for any such charges or delays.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with any items you purchase however if you do wish to return or exchange an item please contact us at info@littlebuttonsboutique.co.uk detailing the reason for your return. Our returns policy is detailed below:-

Little Buttons Boutique adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations which means customers have until 14 working days from receipt of the item to request a refund/exchange. If a cancellation is made during this 14 day period then a full refund will be given. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, except in the unlikely event that the products are faulty.

Any items being returned must be in original saleable condition, unworn and still have original labels attached.  Also please include all paperwork which was received with your order.  When returning an item we would recommend this is done via Recorded Delivery and proof of postage is retained as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit and will be unable to issue a refund/exchange in the case of goods which we do not receive.  We may request a copy of this proof should the product not arrive with us.  Please include your name, reason for return and delivery note with the parcel.  Once the item has been received we will issue the refund via the method of original payment.

These regulations are in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which means that we are committed to providing products that are accurately described, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  In accordance with this, Little Buttons Boutique makes every effort to ensure that our website is fully accurate and all of our products are of the highest quality.  When buying a product from Little Buttons Boutique, the customer is entering into a contract with us confirming that they have read and understood the above information and agree to adhere to it.
